RETURN PERIOD
You may return your package within 14 days from the date you receive it. (Please note: the return shipment must be dispatched within this 14‑day period.)
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached—and in a resale‑worthy state. Please note: any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged (unless previously reported to our customer care team) will not be accepted. Also, please be aware that shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Refund via Digital Gift Card
- Get More Value! Choose a refund as a digital gift card and receive an extra 15% bonus on your refund amount.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, the gift card is issued within 2‑3 business days. An email confirmation with the gift card details will be sent to you, and the card is valid for 12 months.

Refund to Original Payment Method
- Standard Refund: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please allow 7‑10 business days for processing.
- Processing Details: After your returned item reaches our warehouse, we will process the refund within 10 working days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued. Note that it may take up to 3 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available based on product availability. Should the item you desire to exchange be out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to discuss alternative options. For exchange requests, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at the provided contact details. We will assess the situation and work with you to find the best solution, whether that be an exchange or a full refund.
NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Underwear (including socks)
- Any items marked as Final Sale on your receipt
- Items returned after the 14‑day period
- Items returned in a worn or damaged condition that have not been reported in advance to our customer support team
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs based on the courier and originating country. Please note, any customs charges (import duty or tax) on returned orders or exchanges are also the customer’s responsibility. Ensure you keep your proof of shipment (tracking number or receipt) until your return is received at our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible if a return cannot be tracked or verified.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will begin processing it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment. After processing, a refund confirmation email will be sent. (Please note that it might take up to 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.)
